Arlo took his first trip on an airplane last weekend to visit his Auntie Katy in Vermont. While there he got to live in "vacation mode" for a day, and then he got a horrible case of Hand Foot and Mouth disease. Despite this, it was a great trip! Arlo was a super traveller even though he did not feel well and Auntie Katy was an awesome host, although she is probably still sanitizing her house from all the contagious drool. Arlo seems to be feeling much better now!

This looks like a totally different kid from baby I met! Oh my gosh he is SO cute!! Aunt Katy looks like a natural.
So sorry to hear about the Hand, Foot, Mouth - we got it here too (Ben and I) - it must be sweeping the nation!!

It was great traveling with you! It was a great trip with lots of love, lots of laughs, lots of feelings! So wonderful to be all together with Katy again -- and even though we had to deal with the dreaded virus, we made it just fine! A trip to remember! Love, Gramma Jane
