Here is Arlo on June 7th - the day we closed on our new house in Wisconsin. He was very curious about the chain saw after watching about 12 trees come down to make room for the garage that will soon be built. Arlo makes a low rumbling noise in his throat when he sees the saw - it is the same rumble he makes at motorcylces, large trucks, and the four-wheeler. More pictures will follow soon... we have been busy moving, removing carpet and putting in wood floors and taking down trees! We are very excited about our new home!!!

So glad to see Arlo with a chainsaw, that looks nice and safe :) But seriously, there's no one better to teach him safety with power tools than you, Kristina. When he gets to the mitre saw, please be sure he doesn't cross his arms! A very important lesson…

hey, let's remember he has forestry in his genes. beauty AND chain saw capabilities! What a combo! let's hope the (lack of) grace gene didn't pass thru to him, too. I hope his birthday celebration was fun for all. i guarantee you will remember and treasure it! wish i could've been there. counting down the days!
